Where and when do we deliver?

We offer the following free delivery windows for Armidale & Uralla:

  • Wednesday & Thursday: 4:00 pm –
    5:00 pm
  • Friday: 8:30 – 9:30 am or 2:00 pm –
    3:00 pm
  • Saturday: 9:00 am – 10:00 am + 1:00 pm
    – 2:00 pm
  • Sunday: Market collection when
    attending

Tamworth
collection window:

  • Friday: 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm at the
    Hungry Jacks carpark (591A peel street)
  • Sunday: Market collection when attending

How do free delivery windows work?

You select the delivery window that best suits you, then on the Tuesday prior to your delivery we will provide you a specific time within the selected window. This allows us to create the most efficient route to keep deliveries free and environmentally friendly as
possible.

If you require a specific delivery time for your order please contact us to request this, additional delivery fee may be charged depending on time requested.
If the delivery time provided does not suit you please contact us to discuss and if no one is available to meet us with your order and it cannot be left at the location, a re-delivery fee will be incurred.

How much notice do we need?

  • Custom orders: 7 days
  • Shop items: 3 days

What payments do we accept?

We make it easy to pay for your order:

  • Online: Card, PayPal, or Afterpay
  • In person: Cash or card
  • Bank Transfer / PayID: Just let us know if you’d like to use these, and we’ll
    send you the details

Afterpay: If you would like to use Afterpay on a custom order please let us know before we send you the invoice

What is the custom cake order process?

Process steps:

  1. Fill out our Custom Order Enquiry Form – share your ideas, inspiration, and event details.
  2. Consultation – we’ll contact you through your preferred contact method (don’t worry, we won’t call unless you ask) to discuss your enquiry and confirm the details.
  3. Quote – you’ll receive a quote based on your chosen size, design, and flavours.
  4. Confirm & Book – secure your date, and we’ll bring your ideas to life.

What can you order as a custom order?

We take custom orders for cakes, cupcakes, sugar cookies, and cake pops. You can also request a custom order for items from our online shop if the customisation you
want isn’t listed.

How do you order allergy friendly products?

To order allergen free products please contact us to make the request, some flavours or products are not available in all allergen free options, however we will discuss this
when we chat.

What is our cancellation/re-scheduling policy?

Cancellations: If you cancel with at least 7 days notice, your deposit will be refunded
in full. After this time, deposits are non-refundable.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your order if we have availability for your new
date.
We understand that things happen, but please give us as much notice as possible
when making changes to your order date or time.

Do you need to pay a deposit for custom orders?

Yes. A 50% deposit is required for all custom orders.

  • Due date: 2 weeks before your delivery date,
  • Final balance: On or before collection/delivery
  • Short notice orders: If your order is placed less than 2 weeks before the
    event, the deposit is due at the time of booking.

We collect deposits so we can purchase ingredients and materials for your order and secure the time and resources needed to make it perfect.

For weddings:

  • A $50 security deposit is required to secure your date (this is deducted from your total cost).
  • A 50% deposit is due 2 months before your wedding date.
  • To make things stress-free, the final balance should be paid the week before the wedding.

If you would like to use AfterPay for a custom order, please let us know as we will adjust the invoice from a deposit to a pay in full option in order to use AfterPay.

What is the difference between a custom cake and the signature cakes?

Our signature cakes are pre-designed cakes available in a set range of sizes,
flavours, and colours. You can make small customisations like choosing your colour
palette or adding a topper, but the overall design stays the same.


A custom cake order is completely personalised — from flavour and size to design and decorations — and is made just for you based on your theme, inspiration, and event needs.

How you place an order for a signature cake?

Signature cakes can be ordered directly through our online shop.

  1. Choose your cake size, flavour, and any customisation options listed.
  2. Select your delivery date and delivery window.
  3. Complete payment to confirm your order.

No consultation is needed, just order online and we’ll have it ready for your special day.

Can more than one product be ordered at the same time?

Yes! You can add multiple products to your cart and check out in a single order.
