Refund policy

We follow Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, we’ll repair, replace or refund. For change-of-mind or date changes, cancellations made 14 days before the due date receive a refund; within 7 days, deposit is no longer refundable and online payments are charged ingredients, products and materials
