A curated selection of our signature cake flavours, designed to help you experience the textures, fillings and flavour balance we’re known for.

Each tasting box includes 6 individually portioned samples of our current tasting menu — baked fresh and finished exactly as they would be in a full cake, just in miniature form.

Every flavour has been chosen to represent our style — soft, balanced cakes paired with smooth fillings and buttercream that isn’t overly sweet.

• Lemon with blueberry compote and vanilla buttercream
• Vanilla with raspberry compote and vanilla buttercream
• Chocolate with hazelnut buttercream and dark chocolate ganache
• Carrot and walunt with cream cheese
• Chocolate with chocolate ganache and salted caramel filling
• Espresso with vanilla buttercream and cocoa
